What is the Golden Triangle?

The Golden Triangle is the unofficial name given to the stretch of central Algarve coastline framed by three of Portugal's most exclusive resort communities — Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura. Lying within a fifteen-minute drive of one another and barely twenty minutes from Faro International Airport, these three names have, over the last four decades, become a single shorthand for Mediterranean coastal luxury, world-class golf and discreet residential living.
